Information for First Time Guests
What to expect when you worship at Incarnation

Visitors are Welcome (and welcomed back)!   We will not make you stand up or embarrass you!

Relax, we will greet you with smiles and handshakes, answer questions, and give any needed assistance.

In worship we hear God’s Word and share the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper. Child care is provided throughout Sunday morning. All services are held in the main sanctuary.

Welcome to Incarnation!

On behalf of our family of faith here at Incarnation Lutheran, I welcome you to our church! Incarnation is located in Poway, California on Espola Road. For those of you who live in the neighborhood, we are literally yards away from Rancho Bernardo, just off of Pomerado Road. If you know the area, or are passing through, we would love to have you join us, as we experience and celebrate God’s gifts of grace, in worship, and as we seek to live out our vision statement, “Serving God in the Service of God’s People!” Our congregation offers both traditional and contemporary worship opportunities, Christian education for all ages, a wide variety of opportunities to serve, and ways to connect with God and one another through small group ministry activities.
Worship and service is at the heart of who we are as a community of faith, and if those things are important to you, we encourage you to come and check us out!
Traditional Worship:                            8:30 a.m. Sunday
Christian Education for All Ages       9:45 a.m. Sunday
Contemporary Worship:                   11:00 a.m. Sunday

Hooray for kids!

The youth and children’s ministries at Incarnation are thriving and, as a result, faith and love for God are growing.  Worshiping, learning, and serving can be meaningful and fun.  The children and youth at Incarnation are proving that each day.

Youth are invited and encouraged to participate in a variety of worship activities like choirs, acolytes, musicians, AV tech’s, greeters, lectors, and more.  They are active in service projects both locally and abroad.  Our 6th-12th grade youth group, LINK, meets weekly for a Bible study including games, skits, and fellowship.  The 1st5th grade youth, REX Club, meets once a month during the school year for a similar experience.  You can find more information “Youth Programs."  And, you can find us on Facebook at Incarnation Lutheran Youth.

We invite you to join in the fun and faith-building at Incarnation.  We hope you make Incarnation your home church.
